Q1. What should I provide to get a quotation? When can I get the quotation?
A: Please provide us material, size, quantity, technics, special requirement and send us the artwork if possible. We will send you quotation within 24 hours.
Q2. Can I see samples of Hang Tags?
A: Yes, we can make sample by your design for approval. Sample cost is collected, but it will be returned if your order reaches a certain quantity. Please note that the sample is for your reference. We suggest you direct production if it is not large quantity. Our similar hang tag sample can be sent to you for reference, it free, you just need to pay shipping cost.
Q3. Does the price of hang tag quoted include freight?
A: All prices are mostly in EXW since most products are customized. We know the weight and packing size of the product only after the sample and goods are made.
Q4. How much is hang tag shipping cost?
A: As we have mentioned above, it is very hard to calculate the shipping cost before the product is made. But once the sample is completed, we can estimated the lowest shipping cost.
Q5. Can I order hang tags with the strings attached?
A: Yes, absolutely! All hang tag can be attached string for you. You will receive your hang tags with the strings attached so you can easily tag your product straight out!
Q6. Will I have to supply my own artwork or can you design it for me?
A: It is the best if you can supply your artwork as PDF, CDR or AI format file.
However, if you do not have, please supply us your logo and idea, our designers can make the artwork.
Q7. How long will it take to print my custom hang tags?
A: Turnaround time is 8 to 12 business days once you have paid for your order and approved the proof, not included shipping transit time, weekends, and holidays.
